Job Responsibilities :

The Incumbent is responsible for most or all of the following areas:

  • Answer inbound calls from the customers and attend to their general enquiry, complaints and feedbacks.
  • Record and monitor all the general enquiry feedbacks.
  • Follow up closely with internal departments involved and provide accurate informations on product and service to the customer.
  • To analyze on feedbacks and cases received monthly for evaluation and further improvement.
  • Ensure the maximum of customer satisfaction.
  • To assists in daily concierge and customer service tasks if any.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hotel Management or any related field.
  • Experience in customer service or call centre will be added advantage.
  • Customer service oriented, strong problem solving skills, passionnate in growing the career in customer service.
  • Must able to communicate in Chinese, English and Malay.

Job Responsibilities :

The Incumbent is responsible for most or all of the following areas:

  • Provide full spectrum of marketing activities with the aim to increase the clientele database and sales revenue.
  • Work closely with other business partners (e.g. project, sales etc) to ensure all marketing projects/activities including campaigns and branding are delivered accordingly.
  • To handle on corporate branding matters such as company/brand awards, corporate sponsorships and etc.
  • Manage the digital marketing channel (YouTube, Instagram etc.)
  • Assist in public relations, media relations, brand events and place making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline with minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience preferably in property development or construction Industry.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English is a must).
  • Proficiency in Chinese (written & spoken) is strong added advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Wide degree of creativity and able to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks.
  • Able to organize and manage multiple priorities for maximum delivery result.
  • High level of integrity, initiative and results oriented.

Job Responsibilities :

The Incumbent is responsible for most or all of the following areas:

  • To carry out effectively all necessary accounting and finance activities including daily banking matters, periodic tax estimation(CP204), payments, AR reconciliation etc.
  • To prepare the full set of management accounts including audit & tax schedules, cashflow statements, income statements, balance sheets and profit recognition and update of feasibility study.
  • To coach and supervise a small team of subordinates.
  • To liaise with other departmental staff, bankers, auditors and tax agents for finance-related matters.
  • To draft audit reports.
  • To prepare cash flow projections and periodic tax computations.
  • To prepare/assist on annual/semi-annual budgeting.
  • To manage proper filing and documentation works.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience preferably in property development.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English is required).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Attention to details.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities and organize work for maximum delivery result.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all level of personnel.

Job Responsibilities :

The Incumbent is responsible for most or all of the following areas:

  • Involve in the sales activities ensuring that established sales target are achieved and provide support to Marketing activities of the Company e.g. roadshow, fair etc.
  • Promote, sell or secure business from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
  • Understand the products well and able to provide professional advices to assist customers in selecting units that best suited to their needs.
  • Manage the system and produce relevant reports periodically.
