How to overcome the challenges among teens who are addicted to smartphone usage & online gaming?”

Synopsis: With advances in technology and social media during and after the pandemic, it is common for teenagers to use their electronic devices for learning and entertainment. However, when does the usage of these devices becomes addictive and problematic? In this talk, we will talk about smartphone and gaming addiction, what are the signs and symptoms of these addictions, what we can do to help, and where to seek help when it becomes problematic.
